Thinking of buying this gym near me. Kind of close to the highway. I got a good idea recently that I'm going to rent a billboard that says "road closed, go this way" with a big arrow pointing to the offramp that goes to where the gym is located. And a logo in the bottom left.
Then, in the parking lot of the gym, there would a big sign of the same arrow but the arrow would have an 8-pack and be wearing a headband and it would say "you've chosen well. Get ripped today! [insert pricing]"
Got this idea from Gary Vaynerchuk's philosophy. Essentially you want to ask and then provide value.
