Hello, I'm currently 15 years old, and working on a game which I'm planning to release in approximately a year from now. I really want to open up an entity before that, and become the shareholder of my company. I was wondering if there is any way to open and manage a business as minor, under New Jersey's jurisdiction. I would like to know what options I have. I would much rather do all of it independently, without my parents' involvement. And if I do need my parents do something, I want to know how soon I can take back full ownership of my company.
