My company is hiring an intern for the marketing department. Part of their duties will be to help me with SEO work. Does anyone have experience giving a crash course to total newbies? Also what do you think would be appropriate work to give them? Interested in anyone else's experience with interns/assistants with SEO work. There's such a learning curve with SEO and I'm skeptical of the time in/effort out of teaching someone brand new to SEO.
