Transition from woocommerce to Amazon Associate earn by blogging adsense income

Hey guys, I have a question and am wondering how to minimize my SEO impact.

I have an ecommerce site with roughly 400 products with a low conversion rate. Just can't compete with Amazon anymore. Can't beat em, join em right!?

What s the best approach for sending all my traffic to amazon?

I have category pages and product pages that get lots of traffic. Should I just change the add to cart link to amazon and make the button say "Buy on Amazon"?

Also what should I do with products that aren't available on Amazon? Just link to a similar product?

Different approach?
