What's a competitive fixed price for building this website? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

My colleague is forming a start-up. He wants me to build a wordpress based website that will have:

• Single Scrolling Page with

  1. About Us
  2. Features
  3. Contact
  4. Subscribe Feature

• Wordpress framework

• Contact Page integrated into Hubspot CRM

• Google Analytics

• Content all created by me

The site will incorporate custom graphics that I will also make myself. I have done sites before, but I cannot guess hours required. This isn't my day job.

I'm leaning towards a fixed fee plus a "revision" fee for when he wants some things changed or updates.

Just curious what you would pay for this?

I'm guessing $800-1000 for the fixed price including 3 months of updates.

Revisions or updates thereafter will be $50/hr.
