Flippa Shopify Sites entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I see plenty of shopify sites on Flippa that have revenue, or atleast claimed revenue with a image showing the claim for sale.

My question is, why sell a site that is making money?

Is it because it's not actual revenue and they are just trying to make a quick buck selling a fake site? Or do they really just want to focus on their bigger projects (every single reason why someone wanted to sell their new site)?
