I sell my own product on multiple channels online including my site, eBay and Amazon. I have thousands in sales of a single $10 item through eBay from one buyer. He is obviously drop shipping because I have over 120 orders from him, each with a different shipping address and message requesting no invoice to be sent.
While I am grateful for the branding and business, I feel like I could learn a lot from his website. I am just having trouble thinking of creative ways to reverse engineer the process to find out what his site is.
Any ideas? I was thinking maybe put a slip in packages with a link to an online survey for an extra "free product" and having them answer the site where they bought it? (if they even remember)
