How do you know the difference between something you shouldn't be doing, and just having a moment of distraction? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi, this sub has always been helpful so I thought I'd pose a question.

I'm concerned over an ongoing project, that I did have a lot of enthusiasm for at the start, but now I'm finding that I'm not overly engaged with it. I'm struggling to understand if it is something I should just not be doing in the first place, or this is a moment distraction that I need to power through. There is zero financial implications at the moment but I feel like I resent putting money in to it now. I have a business mentor who is very keen on the project but I find myself doubting their view of where it's going versus what i imagined it would look like when I began? Conflict of ideas on target market I guess.

Does this happen to anyone else, any ideas?
