I highly recommend Chapter 2 of The E-Myth Revisited.

Book recommendations are a dime a dozen here, and just about all of them are worth reading. I have benefited from some of these recommendations, but none has impacted me, nor changed my understanding on how to run a business, than The E-Myth Revisited.

Read Chapter 2 and then ask yourself...am I the technician, the manager, or the entrepreneur?
