I came across someone explaining the negative effect of having date stamp on your website. he explains that when you publish a good article (very informative for example) and when someone visit it from google long time after you published it, they get the sense that the content is old without even reading first to know, so they hit the arrow back and leave your site which tells google that your article isn't that good. Removing the date stamp doesn't give the visitors the chance to think if your article is old or not, means they will keep reading...
I think I kind of agree with this SEO tip, but even though the date stamp is very essential for some website owners like me, because it makes the site more professional
I kind of stuck here, what do you think about this?
