Is there a service that provides an API for backlinks with a Pay-as-you-go pricing? earn by blogging adsense income

I am looking at all the major tools like Moz, Ahrefs, etc. and their starting prices are ridiculous. Moz does have a free API plan but that may not be enough for what I am trying to do. A PAYG pricing or lifetime credits (where you pay for the number of requests you send, and not on a monthly basis) is what I am looking for. Anything you could recommend?
