I'm planning to launch a fashion brand strictly online at first. (Please don't talk about not another tshirts company etc because we are "different" lol, I'm not selling tshirts don't worry guys) . I have done a lot of the calculations in terms of my costs and profits to the last cent. I have a budget set up but the issue is I'm going to hire someone to take care of the marketing aspects and that is probably the most crucial element . Because I haven't hired someone yet I keep getting very different pricing on the costs for that service and I don't know how to predict or estimate how much I need to spend for advertising and how much it will bring in revenue. So I don't know how to get past this stage and have a clearer picture of what I need to do in terms of capitol and if I need to increase my budget and by how much . Do I need to wait until I actually have concrete evidence like after 2 month on my brand to be able to have a business plan and set goals that I would like to achieve or is there a way to start before I even sold one product ?
