I have a website project that I don't have the time or enthusiasm for right now. It has a strong exact match keyword domain and a relatively low competition density. I've built and sold a couple websites in the past for low $XX,XXXX's but they were already established sites with traffic and proof of revenue. This website is still in it's infancy with minimal traffic and $0 revenue but has a small FB following already (~6,000) of highly active and passionate users. I want to try to sell it but I'm not sure the best approach. Run FB ads targeting people in the niche? Any ideas?
