I currently own a small coffee shop and we are planning our opening of shop number 2. We are tryingt to piece together numbers for sales projections and need some help from someone who has a drive thru. Our current shop does not have one but our 2nd location will have a drive thru.
Questions:
What percentage of business come through the the drive thru?
How long is your average turnaround time for in store vs the drive thru?
How many total transactions are you doing per day/month?
