I've been out of the real business game for a while, just letting things coast by while orders come in. I have the will and want to get back into it now. After I get the stuff I need to get done, done, what should I do next?
How should I focus down Twitter or Facebook? Interact with customers long after their orders were placed? And, in your own opinions, what might be a good way to get people to review some of my products beyond leaving olive branches?
