How do I find employees on the internet? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi guys,

Long time lurker.

So I've been having a bit of issues lately with my business. I run a cleaning company and til this point, I have been fortunate enough to find employees through local channels/word of mouth (which also led to friends/family getting hired) which is now sort of making the whole operation a bit sour. That's why they say never hire friends/family. I've learned that real quick.

As I've been slowing ramping up and want to make waves this year, I'm getting caught off guard by the difficulty of finding help.

I've tried a $35 Craigslist ad but nothing concrete yet.

Is there some hidden gem where I can post my job locally and get a bunch of hits?

I'd really appreciate it!
