The URL for a nav bar page is a #, then other pages are nestled below that. Is this a problem for SEO? earn by blogging adsense income

Does Google have a problem with hashtag URLs? And this site doesn't have pages with hashtag URLs, only placeholders in the nav bar that don't go anywhere. The pages in the subsequent drop downs all have good URLs. Your thoughts?
