Adsense Niche blog SEO - Niche selection based on research earn by blogging adsense income

Hi, let me start with a little bit about myself

I run a successful dropshipping business on ebay and am wanting to diversify my online income (i have a 9-5 job which is in I.T. Infrastructure which makes me fairly technical) I'm looking at adsense and SEO for a niche site, the whole thing doesn't seem too alien to me because of side projects and my job, i understand the majority of it. I've been using semrush and long tail pro to look for keywords, ive checked a fair few Niches now and have read a fair few guides, but i still cant pull the trigger. Although I've got a lot of data and i understand every bit of data individually such as CTR, CPC, DA, PA, KC, traffic, etc when i put it together to form an overall picture of a niche, that's where i get lost, i can't seem to understand if i should be pulling the trigger on a specific niche or not based on this data. Has anyone got any advice, or even better could someone spare 5 minutes for a chat? I'd be happy to return the favour somehow if so.
