We're making a push on getting more reviews published. We have a bunch of happy customers who are willing and able to leave us good reviews, but I'm not sure whether to get them to do so using Google's own review platform or via an external site?
Our company supplies staircases, and on our listing we have a few reviews on Google and one under 'reviews from the web' which is obviously via another website (Houzz).
Is one 'better' than the other, technically or psychologically, or does it not matter?
