How do people get screen printing so cheap for t-shirts? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

So, I am starting my own t-shirt business. Once I get this all going, I will buy my own screen printer later but for now I have to stick with a printing business. I'm not going to buy bulk right now, but I will later. I only have one problem.

Everywhere I look, the price for at least one shirt is over 30 dollars. I want to sell my shirt for 20 but I wont profit if I do that. I see graphic tees ranging from 5-20 dollars and I'm wondering how can I get my graphic tees so cheap where I can profit off of it?
