I am pretty sure I have a solid app idea. What next? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I am a phd student at a huge state university. This is relevant because 1) I am currently pretty poor and 2) the university offers a few "start up" incubator type situations but I don't know about those.

What are my tangible, realistic, first few steps?
