Domain name gets tons of type ins. Anytime there is a major event or news, traffic spikes into thousands/day.

I have quite a bit of online tech publishing experience but not much of local news gathering and publishing.

I have looked into AP Exchange and buying news from them but I was disappointed after the trial as it covers very few local news stories.

Anyone have insight into publishing an online news site?

P.S. Domain is not a typo of any existing site, it is just an exact match keyword domain.
