Hey guys!
This is a followup to my post yesterday, since I've gotten a few messages regarding if the sale of my company.
Some of you may remember my affiliate site Tech Under 10, or my marketing company Toy Soldier Marketing - both of which were created thanks to the advice and expertise of you guys.
My affiliate site, Tech Under 10 has been doing well the past few months. A combination of high sharability (thanks to the nature of the site,) and great SEO ranking have provided me a constant source of traffic. Since launch I've hit almost 150k pageviews and 50k users in nine months- many of which are males between 18-35.
With Amazon's new lesser affiliate payout method and the rise of a few new opportunities for me, I've considered selling Tech Under 10. There's been a significant time investment in the business, and it's been profitable since day-one. I know there are people who have the skillset to leverage the brand name, traffic, backlinks, and social media channels I've created better than I can. I've received offers (both partnership and complete buyouts) in the past, with offers varying wildly.
I haven't the first clue how to determine a fair evaluation for my business.
Any ideas?
