I have been working on an industry brand line of gear (hats, tshirts, stickers, drink coolers and towels) and I just got my first 'test' order of hats in. If I can get caught up with my week, I will be finalizing the website and getting a pre-order page up this weekend.

I've posted them on FB and will be sending them out to some of my industry's popular faces to get some hype generated. So far, interest has been strong and positive. I'm feeling pretty good about getting this stuff on the market.

I don't know anything about shipping a lot of boxes and printing labels.

So... I've been looking at corrugated 8x8x6 boxes for flat billed hats but haven't been able to find any for less than $1 (valuemailers). Any places that might be a little cheaper? Does USPS sell bulk boxes?

What is the most effective way to do shipping labels? Hand write them or do some sort of label printing thing.
