Is the only difference between an entrpreneur and an idiot wasting money on a stupid idea, success? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Take 2 guys. They're both looking to start a business.

They both come up with 2 ideas, not thought of before. They both do the same amount of market research, have the same amount of money to invest and work equally as hard.

They acknowledge both ideas are just as good as each others.

They launch at the same time but guy 1 has instant success. Guy 2 runs dry of money after 5 months and the business is done.

It's something I often think about, as a wantrepreneur. I have some money but if I use it to launch a business and it fails then that money can't go towards a house or whatever.

Guy 1 is seen as the great businessman. Guy 2 is seen as the man who wasted his money, as good as pissing it down the drain.

I have a number of ideas but how do I know if I would be guy 1 or guy 2?
