(Ohio) Do I need to file a fictitious name form for my Sole proprietorship? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Pretend that my last name is "Sadouski." I will be starting a window/gutter cleaning company. On my business cards, it will say "Sadouski window and gutter cleaning" with the window and gutter cleaning being only a small, almost subtitle, line under "Sadouski" in big letters. Does this count as a fictitious business name?
