We have 2 companies, a property management firm that uses subcontractors to maintain properties, and a small contracting firm that uses subcontractors to complete work on foreclosed homes for banks as well as some commercial work here and there.
I'm looking for a solution to help us streamline our operations. Essentially, we want to be able to dispatch subs to jobs, have them get us an estimate and/or complete jobs, and upload before/after photos and invoices to us.
There are a ton of field service softwares out there, but they all seem to be geared for managing in house staff and not subs where they need to give you an estimate or invoice so you can prepare your own estimate or invoice to the client.
Anyone have knowledge in this area, or recommendations for FSM software?
