(Looking for ideas) What business could be done on my little town with a lot of new houses being constructed? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi Entrepreneurs!

I am looking for business ideas to execute on my town, I am from a little town (500K habitants) near Mexico City, from a couple of years to now a lot of new houses are being constructed, this houses are not mansions, but are owned by medium-high class families. I think that there are some between 600-1000 new houses, and I know some of the architects working on them.

I think there are a lot of business oportunities but I want to hear from you and your experience.

Some of the ideas I got right now are: - Solar energy (Working on this) - Cleaning and gardening (there are lots of people doing this but none as a formal business) - Home automation: Garden sprinklers, indoor and outdoor ilumination, etc.
