Idea for an app but don't know where to begin entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'm sure this is a frequent thought by everyone.

I stumbled upon a niche in the market for an app. After a bit of research, I realised that there are no players in the market which is quite good.

However, I am not a software developer or have limited to no coding skills (bar entry level). How can I develop this app?

My questions are:

• If I hire a developer, will they steal my idea?

• Am I better off attending a developer boot camp and building it myself?

The app itself is quite simple and wouldn't be overly complex on initial launch but I guess I'm not sure where to begin?

Any help would be appreciated.
