Anyone know anything about setting up a paid service that effectively provides a private twitter feed? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I've built something that should seemingly be monetized. It is in the realm of realtime financial market updates. The simplest form of distribution that I can imagine at the moment is/are automated (image) updates on a private Twitter account (tweets). But I don't know where to start from a business or legal perspective. Anybody have any experience with this? Any information would be greatly appreciated in any capacity. Thank you.
