Hello All! My business partner and I just registered our online e commerce company with all necessary federal regulatory establishments and we just received a letter in the mail stating that we need to pay $84 and post a labor law poster in our workplace.
The problem here is that we do not have any employees, nor plan to have any, and are working out of the office in my home. My question is, do we need to pay this fee even though we do not have employees and do not plan to have any? Are we okay if we just ignore the letter?
