1. Find an account that you are interested in buying. If you are looking to convert that account to a business account make sure it's your niche.

2. Make sure the Followers are most real. Many people will make fake account gets fake likes and followers and then flip for some quick cash. Things to watch out for:

• DM them on that account and chat with them there to make sure they are the original owners and they aren't selling you an account they have no ownership to.

• Look at the engagement rate on the photos / videos they post. If they have 100k followers and only 50 likes that's a warning!

• Ask them to post a story preferably a video and wait till 24 hours. Once 24 hours is almost approaching ask them to make a video of them opening Instagram app and showing the stats for the story. Again if theres 100k followers and only 50 views on a story that's a warning.

• Also in similar situation ask them to view insights for a post that is a picture. Hopefully make them a video again for this again to avoid photoshops. So if they have a 100k followers and 5k Likes and just 6k Impressions that's some what of a warning sign again. On 100k followers I think the average should be 20k Impressions on a photo.

• Also try glancing through their post if all the comments are made people not following them that's a warning sign as well.

1. After doing all your due diligences this is where you finalize a price and payment. You should always pay with Paypal incase they screw you over and don't hand over the account. Bitcoin is great but what if they don't hand over the account. There is no way to reverse the transaction on that where in Paypal you can.

Last time I did a bitcoin transaction I did the following. Asked the seller to take a picture with 2 pieces of ID and also a paper with the Instagram username and today's date. This way I know who is. Then write a small quick agreement that we both sign before I sent the bitcoin.

1. Once the transaction is complete. You should do the following: Change the password, change the email address, change the phone number, and enable 2FA.
