I am interested in a resource that will talk about costs, how to market myself, and how to do step by step shipping or delivery of my meals.

I would like to work from home, have this as a side hobby job. I am really passionate about food lifestyle decisions and want to help others struggling with this. I have been meal prepping for years now for myself (I am an amateur body builder for fun) and I'm great at it and other people often complimented my work. I also spent 3 years working on a restaurant in the past.

I also would want to use Amazon or a similar outlet so I don't have to pay for a website.

Tldr: I wanna start a food catering business from home as a hobby how do I do it to keep overhead extremely low and have a great profit margin.
