Web entrepreneurs how did you chose a cheap web host and how did you upgrade from it without any issues? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I understand an idea doesn't have to be expensive. I want to start a website (relaxed for experience) offering gaming stats to users. there's nothing there atm for this game so Ideally and potential scenario I'd get a influx of visitors when I put the news out there and it goes live.

However first question is where do i start, what web hosting is cheap start but not criminal/scam? And will it hinder progress later? I ask mainly cause obviously can find cheap hosts as there are lots but I can't find anything about what happens next say it does well and I want to upgrade it or I think there's a large demand for this site and I want to prepare for a larger visitor numbers and physically prepare the site for that. How do I upgrade and Do these cheap hosts on shared servers let me do that? Will they hold my domain names hostage? Etc etc. This is the stuff I don't know about. Does anyone have any experience slightly relatable that might be worth knowing?
