I ask this because all humans enjoy pleasurable experiences, but pleserable moments & experiences by themselves do not determine how far you are going to get. When you agree to struggle through uncomfortable times in order to help you get to your goal, that's when you will truly know you are on the path to succeed. To build the body you want, you need to love the struggles and pain of working out & eating clean. To build the business you want, you need to love the uncomfortable emotions of getting rejected, taking risks, failing etc. If you are not willing to struggle through these uncomfortable times, than maybe your goal is not actually a goal of yours but just a fantasy... So what are you willing to struggle for ?
