How do you find content creators for "how to" sites like instructables, ehow, wikihow, etc? earn by blogging adsense income

I run an informational site and am looking to share content (with backlinks) on authority sites such as instructables, wikihow, etc.

Each community has slightly different guidelines and I have valuable information, but I want it presented in such a way that it effective, has strong and relevant images, and is basically not wasting anyones time. Where do you find a content creator who specializes in sites like that? Fiverr? Freelancer.com?
