Looking for input regarding starting a transport / courier company for cannabis entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi there!

Just wanted to get your thoughts and advice on starting a transportation company in Canada; been thinking about this as legalization is around the corner and I would really like to carve out a living for myself as an entrepreneur.

I've worked in medical transport, tobacco distribution, manufacturing and foodservice (wholesale and retail) so I have a pretty solid grasp on some of the basics. In fact, I've done a few jobs for a Canadian start-up manufacturer through work so I know exactly what some of the key concerns are (security and traceability being at the top of the list of course).

I live in Montreal and see a large potential in transportation when legalization goes through - both at the growth operations to dispensary level, and from the dispensary/distribution centre to client levels.

Anyone out there have any experience or tips that they think I ought to keep an eye out for? Not looking to start a high flying (heh) mega-corporation, just a simple self-owned business that I enjoy (and driving / seeing different parts of the country is really enjoyable to me) and hopefully makes a decent living.
