I had to sell my business which was a DSD route with a snack food company. I suffered an injury. A hip impingement. Likely from years of running. I can’t do anything too physical although I’m ok most of the time. I had surgery in June of last year. I do have an impingement in my other hip which is why I want to limit any repetitive physical activity like what I was doing before. Lifting, twisting and on getting up and down on my knees all day.
