Does anyone have experience with wix and building a website for a subscription box? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Unfortunately I have committed to Wix for my website and have been trying to get support from them for 2 days to help build a nice looking functioning website that I can pair with my Crate Joy but I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone.

Is there anyone here that can help me out? I just need basic advice on what apps I need in order for customers to be able to sign into their account on my website, fill out a survey and order a subscription but everything seems so in-cohesive and I'm just really unhappy with it.
