Does Fiverr generated traffic generate sales? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I see Fiverr ads for promoting Amazon, Ebay or other webcommerce products and generating traffic, but does that ever generate the right kind of traffic that leads to sales? I know there are techniques to generate fake traffic which is what this sounds like, but these listings are highly rated with lots of customers so maybe someone is getting benefits.

Has anyone here used Fiverr to generate traffic that actually led to sales?
