Thanks for taking the time to read this. I have an idea for a business which involves the creation of a new product. It is in the home automation industry and I think it fills a void in the marketplace. The problem is I don't know where to start. I have the idea of what the product is and how is should work and how I would build upon the product to create multiple tiers. I would appreciate any assistance in pointing me in the right direction. How do I protect my idea. What would be the best way to find someone to help with the design and the engineering of the product. Thanks.
