Sharing an idea in the early stages entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

My friends and I are in the very early stages of opening an ecommerce store focused around a niche product.

I've been pretty careful as to who I share the idea/information with, even to the point of hesitating when sharing the info with domestic suppliers (I realize this may be borderline paranoid). I just really am passionate about what we're doing and see the long term potential, so I don't want to risk it being picked up by someone else.

Where do you guys suggest drawing the line of sharing information in the early stages?
