These off brands have been really pushing the envelope when it comes to copyright infringement.

Creme Betweens (They even took the font and packaging graphics from the original)

If someone were to make aftermarket car parts that steal the patented engineering of a OEM part they would get hunted down and sued. How do these brands stay above the law? Do the name brands just not care, do these companies claim they know nothing about the original trademarked brand, or do they pay royalties?
