Advertising for Excel Consulting? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey everyone!

I have recently started an excel consulting side hustle and have had more success with it than I originally thought. I currently only post ads on Craigslist and that is where my clients come from. However it doesn't give me a steady funnel of business. My goal is to average $1k a month in revenue by the end of the year but I am at a loss when it comes to marketing myself outside of Craigslist.

I have a plan to go into local businesses in my hometown to try and get some more clients, and a few of my clients have said they would like to refer me to other people (no referrals yet). Just wanted to see if anyone here had some ideas on how to get more business.

Additionally I used to work on Fiverr as well but have since stopped, the platform isn't really for me.
