Advice on negative keywords? earn by blogging adsense income

Hi all,

I currently run three websites for the company I work for. However, the company shares its abbreviation with two other business, hence we keep getting traffic to the website from the wrong demographic. Is there a way to target this? Can I add negative keywords to the websites? We're hosted on Wix Premium.
