Creative Consultant, should I setup my business as a brand or my own name? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I've been wanting to start a business offering creative consultancy services in the broadest form; offering numerous services from graphic design work for logos (Photoshop Trained), website themes etc to creative solutions to finance (I'm a Qualified Accountant) and generic business issues such as logistics/process efficiency or even Music and lyric writing. What I was wondering is if I should setup as a business with a made up name (Sunny Horizon's LTD) or as a Sole consultant e.g. Stan Smith - Creative Consultant? What are the Advantages and dis-advantages of each?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
