Do I need a website dev / designer / sales genius?? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi all, I'm kind of wondering how I find the person I'm looking for to help build my website.

Now I've built shopify sites and woocommerce, but these have all been for simple ecommerce and I've managed to get my way through it without being an IT guy.

But I'm embarking on a new project that is somewhat different and it's more selling an info product you could call it, in the investments niche.

Basically, I've started a Wordpress site but haven't finished as I can't get it right and it sure how to change the layout and show off best what I am trying to sell.

So far it's been designed with one of those one page Wordpress themes with the different sections.

I guess what im after is someone who can kind of finish it off and make it look better and do what I want. But also have the insight on how best it should look and say to help sell my product.

I wanted to post the job on a freelancer website I was thinking but what sort of service / person am I posting that I'm looking for? Thanks.
