I'm looking to publish a free guide. How do I go about finding a writer and then having it auto-email the guide? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'm looking to publish a free guide for customers and don't know exactly where to look for good, qualified writers. The guide is for pain management and another for stress management. I want the guide to provide real value, so it can't just be a crappy 1 page piece written by someone who's unqualified. Should I try to find a blogger in that field and see if they will write something or is there another resource for finding good writers?

I also don't know how to have emails auto send the guide when someone signs up. Is this something I will have to do manually once a day, or is there a service I can use to automatically send emails immediately?
