Time blocking and Calendar entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey guys!

I am need of some cloud-based time blocking software for 2 purposes.

1. I need to be able to manage my own schedule and split between clients for myself and another team member.
2. I need to be able to provide a calendar to each client of what they will see being produced by our firm.

I'm curious what some of you guys are using or can recommend for tools that will get these jobs done?
