What is up with incorporating in Delaware, Nevada, etc? + other random questions~ entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hello hello,

I'm opening up an e-commerce site like the other 50000 people before me and got a couple questions.

My website is..basically ready give or take a few finishing touches and am now ready to tackle the legal portion.

1. I am based in California. What is all this advice where people tell you to incorporate in Delaware, Nevada, or Wyoming?

2. If I am a e-commerce business is there really a point of opening up an LLC? I feel like S-corp will fit my needs?

3. How do you guys market your business?

4. Can I open my store before all the S-corp/LLC business is taken care of? If I do open..where can I link my "sales" to? personal bank account ATM or paypal?

5. How long does it take to incorporate in California?

6. Can I open a business bank account with my social and then change it later when I receive a sales permit / ein?

7. Any parting advice?
